Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms apply when you engage Prime Advo for marketing services. A written proposal or package confirmation forms part of these terms. Please have a lawyer review this page before you rely on it as a binding contract.
1. Scope of services
The services, deliverables and quantities for each engagement are set out in the package or proposal you accept. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
2. Fees and billing
Monthly packages are billed in advance. Prices exclude GST and ad spend unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable by the due date shown, and services may be paused if payment is overdue.
3. Ad spend
Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platform, such as Meta or Google. Prime Advo manages campaigns but does not guarantee specific results, rankings, leads or sales.
4. Cancellation
Either party may end the engagement with 30 days written notice. We recommend a minimum of 3 months so that work has time to show results. Fees for the notice period and work already delivered remain payable.
5. Revisions
Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions. Further rounds, or changes that alter the agreed brief, may be charged.
6. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback and assets, and for approving content before publication. Content is shared through an approval sheet. Content approved by the client is treated as final. The client confirms they hold the rights to any material they supply.
7. Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables created for the client transfers to the client on full payment. Until then, Prime Advo retains ownership. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prime Advo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes that depend on third-party platforms and market conditions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which the claim arose.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh.
